In addition to the Pokémon GO Village, the city is also planning to build a new multi-acre park that will include a arena, a gym, and a waterpark. According to Forbes, the new development will cost $200 million dollars to build, and it is not just the complex itself that isinducing motorists to get out of their cars and enable a walk from one end of the complex to the other.
